【Local Delivery】 London City Area

  1. Order cut off at 15:00 everyday
  2. Delivery slot everyday: 15:00 - 22:00
  3. Customer will receive a text message before the order arrive
  4. Please leave a note to us or contact us directly for special request
  5. Start delivery from £25 for £2.5 delivery fee
  6. Free delivery for over £49.99
  7. Delivery area: East to silver Town, South to Norbury, West to Stan Ford Brook and North to Hornsey (Please see the photo below)

【Nationwide Delivery】 United Kingdom

  • The DPD service is only from Monday to Thursday. The cut-off time of the order is 12pm. You should receive your order next day normally.
  • Customers should receive an SMS message from DPD before it arrived. ( We are not recommend to change the deliver day as the quality of frozen food may be affected.) Due to daily traffic, Ricestore do not have a directly time slot to provide to the customers, Therefore please make sure someone can receive the parcel on the deliver time. The deliver time is between 7 am to 9 pm.
  • Customers can check the order through DPD website, Please make sure your parcel is not damaged before sign for received.  
  • This situation will not be liable for delayed delivery due to the following circumstances causing order delays or unavailability of delivery, etc.: 1. The customer provides wrong information and incomplete addresses. 2. The delivery of the goods is not signed, and all costs and related consequences caused by repeated distribution will be costed by the customer. 3. Force majeure, if the delivery time is delayed or delayed due to bad weather, please accept our apologies and we will try our best to make up for the loss.
  • After you received the frozen food, please put these items in the refrigerator for storage immediately.  

 

Introduction of Nationwide delivery

The mailing service will be charged £5.99 (the cost includes double-layer insulation bag, freezer bag x2, packing box, packaging material fee, shipping and service fee). The minimum delivery price is £49.99. Usually it will be delivered the next working day.

 

Our cold storage packages keep frozen items below 3°C when they arrive. We use express (the next day) delivery method to ensure the best quality of your products. Frozen items may be slightly thawed on the surface, but are still in the best condition and can be re-frozen or eaten immediately. Therefore, please be sure that someone picks up the package on the day of delivery, and after receiving the package, please put these items in the refrigerator for storage immediately. Please note! Since our frozen foods are fresh, they are quickly frozen after production, without added preservatives, and are transported in double-layer ice-preserving frozen packaging. DPD driver delivers them at room temperature, so please make sure that someone picks up the package on the day of delivery. Please put it in the freezer immediately to ensure product quality. Ricestore will not be responsible for the return of ice or decay of the product due to unmanned receipt. When the goods are being delivered: The freight company will inform you of the approximate arrival time of the goods on the morning of the delivery day, so please be sure to leave your mobile phone number when placing the order.

Sold Out Items

If a product you've ordered isn´t available in store, we'll remove the items from your order, the refund amount will go back to your account in 2-5 days. Your delivery note will list any sold out items.

Returns

Please make sure that it is unused and in a sealable condition complete with its original packaging, alongside any promotional items associated to the purchase. Please contact Customer Services to get a pre-paid return shipping label.

Damaged goods in transit: In case the goods you receive are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can notify the DPD to deal with it. Remind you: Please check the goods in person and sign any damage to the delivery person

Please Note: we cannot accept the return of unwanted fresh and frozen foods due to the cold chain transport.
